COMPANY BACKGROUND
Community Medical (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) is a private limited liability company, incorporated in South Africa in 2013. It is a diverse healthcare technology company; whose vision is to be the trusted and preferred supplier of innovative healthcare technology solutions and services.
The Company is adept at forming and using strategic partnerships and collaborations with other leading companies, institutions, and brands to co-create sustainable economic value whilst impacting positively on local socio-economic challenges facing developing countries in general and African countries in particular.
OWNERSHIP
The Company’s sole shareholder is a wholly black owned company, Golden Pond Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
This shareholder through its ultimate beneficial shareholders are formidable players in the advancement of the economic interests of black communities. They also represent over 1500 doctors comprising general practitioners, dentists and specialists in various fields across different provinces. This makes the Company a truly broad based black economic empowerment entity with a level 1 BBBEE rating.
